Our Story

For years, we proudly served the Bakersfield community as Slice of Italy, sharing our love for traditional Italian flavors and bringing families together over great food. But as our passion for the craft grew, so did our vision. We wanted to elevate the classic pizza experience into something truly extraordinary—so we evolved.

While our roots remain firmly planted in tradition, Sliced represents a bold new chapter. We’ve traded the old-school pizza parlor vibe for a modernized, sleek, and high-energy dining experience. What hasn’t changed is our absolute dedication to quality.

Creating the Perfect Pie
